"New Moon" Heads to Knoxville

Will "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" have its star-studded movie premiere in Los Angeles this year? Nope. How about New York? Nope. Pack your bags Twi-fans, you're going to Knoxville, Tennessee this November!

This year's "New Moon" premiere will take place at Regal Cinemas' Pinnacle 18 at Turkey Creek. This is a charity event and funds will be donated to Variety - The Children's Charity of Eastern Tennessee.

Key details such as which stars will be attending, ticket prices and the event date are TBD. My hunch is that Taylor Lautner will be at this event—I'm almost positive about it. Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and the rest of the Twilight cast will probably be there, too.

I will post more details as they become available. In the meantime, mark your calendars and start figuring out how to get yourself to Knoxville this November.

Which country do you live in? I live in TX. Nothing happens here either, but I suppose it's easier for me to catch a plane. I used to live in LA. Talk about a bad move.

v bad move! :P i live in south africa at the moment, but may immigrate next yr to UK or new zealand or somewhere. theres not that much work for Animators here in SA. and NOTHING ever happens here! except the rare movie filmed here...which is not the same as a premiere, or living near LA or hollywood!

I think this is a ticketed event, and the money is donated to charity. The details have not been finalized, but I will post info as soon as I find out more.
