Taylor Lautner: A Giorgio Armani Model?
We know that Taylor Lautner loves his Calvins, which include sophisticated Calvin Klein suits and sexy underwear. But will he be the next face of Giorgio Armani?
An insider reveals to In Touch Weekly,
The Italian designer is trying to sign the Twilight hunk for a new ad campaign for fragrances, as well as for his more affordable line of clothing, A/X Armani Exchange. “Giorgio has offered Taylor a deal rumored to be worth millions for the ads,” the insider reveals. And although a rep for Taylor denies the story, the insider adds, “Taylor is flattered and really considering it.”
I'm not sure how much weight we can put on this story... It's a rumor at best.

oh yes!! Taylor should do that!! I don´t think it is taking him away from his acting carreer, he wants to be an actor and modeling will just be another job by the side and it will bring him more publicity, bring him more fans and show the world how handsome he is, hehe. I am pretty sure it will help his career! And hey - Giorgio Armani is not just somebody, that´s huge!

well i more saw mark wahlberg inspired calvin klein underwear ads for our boy, but he's done great shots for GQ, Rolling Stone, Mens Health and other magazines too, so i could see him modeling as well as acting. good for him!

yay!!! taylor has that poster boy image ie adored by so many he can be sexy and cute too he can be a man and a teenager which is why i love his versatility- i still think there is something going on between him and calvin klein???? anyone else see a possible relationship between the two in the future?? and modelling will add to his credibility- more companies will want to work with him if designers like georgio armani are interested in him too- people will more liklely see his movies too knowing who he is!! and tthink about it how can he ever be typecast if he takes on big advertising campaigns becasue he is showing different sides of himself each time
armani poster boys arent just about the looks they are alot about accomplishment and tay has accomplished alot it should be an honour for him if he goes along with it
I don't think that would hurt his acting career. Look how many actors started out as models. I think it will put him out in the lime light just that much more just like the sports stars who do endorsements. I say go for it, he would do Armani. It's cool to see how many people are going after him now and he doesn't have to promote himself. Way to go Taylor!!

He should TOTALLY do it!! Giorgio Armani is one of the biggest-if not THE biggiest-Italian designer out there. Calvin Klein is a good, safe all-american kinda label..but Armani is an international super-label...Taylor is about to be 18. He's gonna wanna shrug off the disney-esqe image and show just how versatile a man he can be, both on AND off the screen. YES, YES, and YEEESSS!!
If there is any validity to the rumor, I'm interested in what the scent of the fragrance would be. I'm becoming "curiouser and curiouser"...mind wanders* shakes head and comes back to the present*
As for the clothing line, Taylor wants to be taken seriously as an actor so, if I were him I'd skip the underwear,(not literally-shame on you guys)and focus exclusively on featuring the suits-he fills them perfectly and they drape as if made for him. Armani couldn't find a better spokesperson and physical representative in attracting a younger clientel to a line known for distinguished and selectively dressed men.
I hope the rumor is true.

I think he should do it he would be perfect for it and my daddy works in giorgio armani and who knows he could one day meet him and get his autograph my dad has meet a lot of famous ppl so u never know well love u Taylor
if anything...it will add to his acting career. the ads will be beautiful and everyone will want to know who he is and he will gain more support
