Taylor Lautner Tells MTV "Come To The Dark Side"
I've said it many times before and now Taylor Lautner is saying it, too. Come to the dark side. In this MTV interview, Kristen Stewart and Taylor are asked about the never ending Twilight debate—Team Jacob vs. Team Edward. Taylor explains how to choose your team status.
... [if] you develop this deep friendship and then all of a sudden fall in love later on, then you should be Team Jacob. Come to the dark side. But if you believe in love at first site and seeing that mysterious man in the corner, then alright, join Team Edward.
Which one do you think Taylor prefers? Friendship first or love at first sight?

IMO Taylor prefers friendships that develop and grow into a romance, rather than love at first glance. I think Taylor has more in common with "Jake" than most give him credit for or that he's willing to publicly share. That's why I find him so believable as "Jake"-it takes guts to put yourself out there and be vulnerable- a risk factor --but life=risk
The Mysterious man in the corner could be a crazy woman napper like Ted Bundy! At least with your best friend you know him and he knows you. I like Edawrd but I am completely Team Jacob because I've always loved the stories where the close cute but shy guy-friend wins the girl.
Like in HP I was always team Ron for Hermione, and I was so disappointed when Duckie didn't end up with Molly Wringwalds character in Pretty In Pink.
That would honestly be so very sweet if Taylor is like Jake and itno actually knowing who he's dating first. TEAM JACOB WOOPIE! Though Taylor is a part of why I am Team Jacob he is not enitrely, my main reason is because I love how Jacob would be more then a boyfriend he'd be her best friend you can't be lovers and not friends.
Personally I never understood the team thing. Why would you root for something that has a predetermind out come. It's already in print you know who ends up with who.
It's like I'm team Empire but the Deathstar is still going to blow up regardless.
You are missing the point of the "Teams" thing. Most "Teams" are there to support their favorite character--regardless of the outcome.
I have a question for you:
You are a frequent visitor to a fan-site dedicated to an actor who's playing the role of a "Werewolf" who will eventually lose the love of his life to his mortal enemy(a Vampire)only to then imprint on their infant daughter, a product of a marital union that the character views as a fate worse than death. Whew!
Now, you already know the outcome of the series, still visit this site and follow the movie(s)in the series. You seem to care enough to comment on a regular basis.
Here's my question: Why?
Choosing a side or expressing a preference is a fans' way of being a part of something bigger than themselves.
I've got a suggestion: take time to enjoy the sickly-sweet, nose burning icy scent of a Vamp or the woodsy, musky, earthy scent of a cuddly "Were"wolf. Pick up the books and visit Forks and LaPush again and stop being so serious...just enjoy the ride ;)
I see your point just not the one about the teams. Maybe I just took it litterally too far as rooting for an outcome rather than a portrayal of your favorite character. I guess I can understand liking a character and wanting to be apart of something. I'm a huge Star Wars fan so I can relate.
I come here becuase I like Taylor and want to follow his real life. It's not called TaylorWeekly or TaylorMonthly so that's why I come here so freequently. It's usually the first thing I do when I sit down everyday. So I do suport Taylor and Jacob is just one character he plays in hopefully an illustrious carreer. I'm sorry if I offened anyone who lives and bleeds Twilight. I think I have too much testosterone to be a Twiguy.
I wasn't offended nor was it my intention to. Just wanted to give you another opinion; see through another set of eyes. Not sure what color a Twi-hard bleeds but mine is still blood red. I'm glad you visit the site "Daily" and follow the young and talented Mr.Lautner and his career, me too. As for testosterone levels vs. the ability to be a Twi-Guy = Nah. Are you kidding?! The more hormones you have running through your system while you follow the series, the better. The Twilight Saga is hormone inducing--it's a plot line running central to the Saga.
As for Star Wars I'm still a huge fan of the series & have been forever. I have and continue to be "Team" Solo and "Team" Wookie. Also sure I must have been a Jedi Knight in a past life- the Force is strong in this one ;)

Well technically no one can be a hundred percent he's straight or not straight except himself, but if he were gay I think it would be known by now. Even later on if he was, i'd still love him, and i'd still try and turn him straight for me haha. But no he's straight.
