Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart Press Conference Mexico
After promoting "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" in Brazil the day before, Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart attend their next press conference in Mexico on November 2, 2009.
Fan: Have you ever fallen in love with your best friend?
Taylor: “Um….No! Not yet anyway. I would not be opposed to it, though. That’s what I love about the relationship with Jake and Bella, they can talk about everything and grow together, I love it”.
Kristen: “No”.
I find it interesting that the majority of the questions are truly asked by the fans. In the U.S., the media likes to control the questions and don't let the fans ask any anything they want. I suppose that's good and bad, because you could end up with some really strange or inappropriate questions.

i like how in the interview taylor says " no....not yet" not just a straight out no, he makes the fans ,like me, feel like we have even a 1% chance and thats good enough for most of us =]great guy <3
Yeah but he'll never answere a question that would upset fans. He took that question and refered it only to Kristen and than ended it with a reference to a fictional character. And he will always play the modest card deflecting any questions about his pinup status. "As I can't understand it."
And after seeing recent pictures of him and his new ride, and his new found "confidence" in interviews I'm wondering if the Taylor I grew to love is slowly slipping away? Not that you can't have these things I'm happy for him. I guess if your going to be the big star you might as well look and act the part. But if he gets a big head ah la Leo Di-crap-reo I'll be very upset.
ya true true very good pointi give you props.... but still you know being modest and grounded for a teen guy star is verryyy hard to do... so i give him some sort of props too
ya ya ya i saw tht too!!!! i thin about it sometimes, hes not his smiley self these days... hes growing up ='[! ya i am happy for himm too but i justt hope he doesnt let it get to his head hes a very great guy and he shud stay that way..... taylor is a good boy when he feels him self slipping away he'll probably try to get grounded again

I don't think he's geting a big head it's just if you can afford nice things for yourself then why not get them? I sincerely hope someday I could be the best friend he falls in love with hehe I know I know and I'm the queen of England, but there's nothing wrogn with beign a little star struck.
